My Story: What does Ethiopia mean for me (Millennium Contests)
It means an ancient history, not comparable by any other nation, there is a deep excitement when I see the word Ethiopia and I know where the word Utopia comes from.
The sound I think of are those of the priests (Kess), chanting in that unusual haunting manner, and when I am in the country side hearing the cockrel waking me up in the morning (very different to Good Morning am in the UK).
I want to make visits to different parts of Ethiopia, to see Lalibela, Gondor amongst many. It feels that I have an adventure ahead of me that I have read about since I was a young girl and I want to share it with my children too!
